Who
Founder
Mark Rauterkus founded CLOH.Org in the spring of 2002. The founder's role is to serve as a spark plug with keen public stewardship and not as an owner. CLOH.Org is to be organized by trustees to work in the public interest. Mark's involvement will terminate in a couple of years.
