  • Q from Quora: What is a good swimming dryland set to show results in a month? I am a competitive swimmer and need to make some cuts in an upcoming meet.

  • In a month, your best gains will come with starts and turns. Then stroke. Some with pace. And finally with dry land exercise.

Do sit ups. Planks. Box jumps. Triceps extensions. Be flexible for range if motion, especially to get into streamline position.

I do have an arm swing routine of 47 exercises.
